Fantastic, huge home with a stunning terrace and outdoor space! Stayed here in August 2020 with two other families (6 adults, 6 kids/teens) and we had an amazing stay. The most memorable part of the house is the HUGE terrace (Naya) that accommodates everyone ++. Beautiful sea views all day, great breeze in the evening – loved it. Convenient BBQ area off the main kitchen and huge table on the Naya for family dinners. The pool area was large and we just loved spending time out there. Cool jet water lounge ‘chairs’ in the pool too. Beds were comfortable (this is not a trivial item as I’ve stayed in many homes with awful beds that can make the entire stay frustrating!) Oh, and the three refrigerators were super handy with 12 people. Three floors so each family had their own space – great black-out shutters as well. AC in every room – overall it was great!

This was the best villa I have ever rented, so well equipped for 14 of us – including THREE fridge / frezzers! The pool was suberb so much so we could not get the kids out to go to the beach. The location was quiet,clean and on a well established private estate with mature plants and trees.The views are spectacular and only 10 mins. from the sandy beach and long promenade. The long table on the veranda easily accomodates 14 for meals / games etc. We will definitely be going back there!!!!!

Best Holidays Ever Beautiful house very well equipped, the terrace (Naya) is magical, with an incredible view of the sea. The swimming pool is very well designed, it is perfect for children but also for adults. The town of Javea is also very nice, people are nice, the prices are fair and the beaches are great. The owners are nice and honest. I can only recommend Christian’s house for your vacation !

We had a fantastic stay at the villa and felt very welcomed and cared for by the extremely helpful owner and local manager. We were a large party of 15 and the villa was very accommodating for this size. We loved the swimming pool and choice of outdoor space and the views are brilliant. The villa itself is very well equipped with comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The additional security provided for young children was also excellent (safety gates at pool and stairs) and we had such a relaxing stay as a result. Would highly recommend this villa for all ages, including very young children and babies. Thank you for a great holiday!

My family and I had a fantastic time at Villa Nayalmar! The villa was well equipped with everything required for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was a big hit with everyone in our family group of 13 from age 2yrs to 65! The views from the veranda were spectacular, a favourite place of mine to watch the sun setting over the bay. The nearby beach was great for young and old with plenty to do and see. The local restaurants served a wide variety of high quality foods and the promenade was buzzing in the evenings with holidaymakers and locals meandering through the brightly coloured stalls and street entertainers, we wished we could have stayed another week!

Wonderful villa, it has everything you could want for a group holiday. The different eating areas were lovely. Barbecue area superb. Lovely, lovely holiday villa. Louise who met us could not have been more helpful.

Home comforts with views never too be forgotten Fantastic villa, loads of private space. The views are spectacular looking over the Mountain and the sea. We had 3 great barbecues and also were able to produce a couple of really enjoyable Roast using the Most modern kitchen. Never without a cold drink as there are 3 fridges! If there was one only one thing to improve on, it would be too supply Plastic glasses for when around the great deep Pool. We have stayed in 12 different villas in the Javea area, and this villas location was probably the best Only a five minute drive from the lovely beach, Two minute drive from the local supermarket reastaurants etc. All in all we had a great holiday. The owner was really helpful, he couldn’t do enough for us. You don’t need to take anything as all is provided. We will be using Villa Nayalmar again. A great Villa in a great location.

Wonderful house with superb view, a huge terrace/veranda, big pool, enough space for bigger groups, good equipment, 3 refrigerators, barbecue area and nice and easy contact with the owner and employees. Absolutely recommendable!
